Hands down Scape ADU is the best part of the journey. The impeccable staff make scape a place I can call home. For me they were literally the saviours always ready to help out. Even if you don't have any problem you can always drop by the reception for a blissful conversation. The highlight for me is JJ, Kristin, Soy, Wani, Fiona and Sai. Specially JJ and Kristin, they're the best!!!! Not just the reception staff but everyone was extremely nice like the cleaning lady, the maintenance guy, the security. And to make things even better the rooftop!!! It was my favourite place to be at. The monthly events?Cherry on top!! Overall, my experience at Scape ADU was genuinely wonderful. I'm so grateful to everyone who made my stay feel like home. Thank you for making my time here so memorable!

I have lived at Scape University of Adelaide for over six years (since Feb 2020), and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made for my study life in Adelaide. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. It is literally right across the road from the University of Adelaide’s North Terrace Campus. Being in the heart of the CBD, I’m just steps away from Rundle Mall for shopping, and the Student Hub, State Library, Museum, and Art Gallery for study and inspiration. The scenic views of the River Torrens are also just a short walk away. My studio on the 18th floor offered the most breathtaking sunsets over the ocean every single day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the amazing team. I want to give a special shout-out to the Operations Manager, Paresh Kinra. He has been incredibly professional and helpful since the day I moved in, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents are well-cared for. The entire staff team is friendly, approachable, and makes you feel like you are part of a big family. As a female student living alone, safety was my top priority, and I have felt 100% secure and at peace here for the past six years. Everything from the facilities to the management is top-notch. If you are a student looking for a dream home in Adelaide that combines convenience, safety, and a warm community, I cannot recommend Scape University of Adelaide enough!

Across Adelaide Uni. Got many events. Decent facilities for students (study rooms, gym, movie room, lounges, game rooms, etc.). Close to points of interest around North Terrace. Accessible by buses and trams.

After living at Scape Adelaide on North Terrace for the last 1.5 years, it's finally time for me to move on Without a doubt, considering the price and everything it offers, I believe Scape North Terrace is the best student accommodation in Adelaide. The biggest reason for that is the incredible staff. Every single staff member is always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. No matter how small or big the issue is, they deal with it as quickly as possible and always with a smile on their face. The level of service here is genuinely top-notch. I especially want to mention the residence manager, Mr. Paresh. He is one of the most friendliest,socially intelligent and charishmatic person I have met in adelaide of his age. During my stay, our apartment went through quite a few issues and unexpected situations, but Mr. Paresh handled every single one of them with very smart approac . He has a unique ability to resolve conflicts and make sure everyone happy. In my opinion, the amazing staff and management team are what truly make this place special. Yes, the rent might seem a little expensive at first, but it comes with a lot of convenience, security, and peace of mind.Its clearly a monopoly ,since no one has a property so closer to the university except scape and yugo , you are bound to live here if you want convenience.Out of yugo and scape , scape is much better from my experience. Everything in scape is well managed, maintenance is prompt, and you always know there is someone willing to help if you need anything. If I had one small point for improvement, it would be the social aspect. Many residents are foundation students and quite young, so people are not always very open to conversations or making new friends. If your main goal is to have a very social student experience and meet lots of people, I would probably recommend Adelaide University Village instead. However, if you're looking for the best overall balance of comfort, convenience, quality of service, and a stress-free living experience, then Scape Adelaide is honestly hard to beat. The only thing that really left a bad impression was the move-out process. Honestly, no matter how well you clean your room before leaving or even when changing rooms, it feels like they'll always find a reason to charge you extra for cleaning. I've heard the same experience from many other residents as well. It comes across as one of those business practices where you end up paying more because, at the end of the day, you don't really have a choice. I understand that Scape is a business and every business wants to make money, but this policy honestly feels a bit unfair and it kind of ruins all the positive experiences you've had during your stay right at the moment you're about to leave. I think having a more transparent and fair move-out inspection process would make the overall experience almost perfect. Thank you to everyone at Scape for making the last 1.5 years such a memorable part of my student life. I'll definitely look back on my time here with a lot of good memories and special shoutout to paresh, kristin saiksha.

Moved to Scape, had heaps of other options but after meeting kristin it was just one. Loved how joyfully she showed me the rooms and helped me with a smooth check in. What a legend and such a cool person!
