Terrible experience Very disappointed with this accommodation. There was no hot water in the shower, poor sink drainage, no hair dryer, and the room was uncomfortably hot. No covered parking available, even though booked, and the courtyard was noisy after 11 PM—other guests also complained at reception about noise continuing until 4 AM. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the shared kitchen was dirty. To make matters worse, every time someone opened the entrance or other doors, the noise echoed loudly in our room all night. The door mechanisms are broken, so they can’t be closed quietly. For €140 a night, this is completely unacceptable. Stay away from this place.

> Worst place I’ve stayed in Galway. Shared bathroom with at least 8 people, and the shower barely worked—water pressure like a dripping tap which also didn't heat up. Room had a small double bed, uncomfortable for two, with only one pillow and a rock-hard mattress. No mirror or basic amenities. Worst part was the noise—paper-thin walls, loud door slams, and you could hear every cough and sneeze from next door. Was woken through out the nights and barely slept. Genuinely feel sorry for the students that live here

If you are by feet it's a 20 min walk from the center so a bit far considering how small Galway is. The room was wery spacious and comfortable! However the bathroom is shared with many people and can be a bit of a hassle. Overall for a short stay it's ok

I have been living here for 2 and a half months now and so far this is my opinion: When I first got here I was really surprised. They asked us to "book" time slots so they know when we are arriving "so they can help us get settled". No one helped me get my suitcases up or even asked if I need help and there was no access to the elevator so I had to carry my 3 suitcases up the stairs which was really difficult. After I got to my apartment I saw that my room and bathroom was completely different than what was shown in the virtual tour. The room itself is really nice, the bathroom is ok, but the sink is very small so it is always splashing whenever I was my face/hands. The shower is also different. It has no detachable shower head so I can't clean it properly. But okay you get used to it. Also you have to buy your own bedding and pillows which they throw away after you leave instead they could organise to pick that all up and donate it. The apartment itself is good as well. Downside is that we do not have a vacuum and they expected us to keep the apartment clean - but we could barely clean with a single broom which is so bad. The doors are REALLY loud. Launderette is the worst ever. First of all, we have to pay 5 euros for washing and then 5 euros for drying which is insane. Second, the area is always dirty - I guess no one cleans it. Third, the washers also sometimes smell bad and some of them do not even work. Fourth, the dries literally do not work at all - you pay 5 euros for your clothes to be damp :) oh and also a guy stole some of my underwear once so lovely ha ha I sent an email regarding that they made some moves on that 2 months later. The doors to enter the block do not work properly when it is really windy and they are soooo slow. Also if you need some maintenance the repairmen will just enter your apartment without knocking or ringing the bell! Loved that. They also do "cleaning inspections" which is okay but as i said the area can never be properly cleaned because we do not have a vacuum. Oh and also random fire alarms. Other than that, it is located in a nice area - close to stores, 20 min walk to the centre and university. The reception works late which I think is good and the girls working there can be helpful. All in all, if you're here for 4 months like me you can survive, but I do not think it is worth paying that much money + paying for laundry. That is why 3/5.

Room and bathroom were clean. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Common spaces (kitchen) were great -- clean and fully equipped. Underground garage for car. Within walking distance from downtown Galway. The only downside was that the closing of doors was loud.
