The downstairs lobby has refreshments station, coffee and Tea available for a small fee. The rooms are student accommodation you have access to a shared kitchen which has basic kitchen equipment, pots and access to Fridge. Open plan layout with lounge. The rooms are pretty small ideal if you want to spend more time exploring the streets of Dublin. Went during the heatwave, the rooms don’t have AC and the windows don’t open very wide, so the rooftop garden was a great place to relax and cool down, and watching the sunset. Beautiful view of Dublin skyline. Building also comes with games and movie room.

I stayed at aparto coliving and overall it was a good experience. The pricing is very convenient and the amenities are great: a well-equipped kitchen, study spaces, gym, movie room, and even coffee and water machines at the entrance. The wifi works well and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The downside is cleanliness. The halls often smell bad, and our room wasn’t properly cleaned—we even found hairs in the bathroom. If aparto improved their cleaning standards, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Superb value for money. £50 for a comfortable, clean room in Dublin with your own privacy is a bargain. Only negative I can think of is the layout is less intuitive than a hotel but I'd take that over paying two or three times as much.

In this pretty expensive city, I was so glad to find something affordable and brand new.

You have to get used to the magnetic key system for all the various doors, but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy.

Each apartment block has a shared kitchen with all amenities. The door falls automatically, close with quite a loud bang.

There are various public areas, a movie room, a self-service washing room, a chill-out area with lots of cosy seating options and a billiard table. On the top floor, there is a great rooftop terrace and study rooms.

It is close enough to the city centre, yet far enough away to have a quiet night. There are two nice cafes around the corner, One Society is particularly excellent. The other one, Insomnia Cafe, is all right as well.

overall not a bad place except I found black and green mold in a corner in my room. After reporting it it was not treated like an urgent matter when it is pretty serious. Also I have no idea how this room passed inspection and was assigned to me. The mold is very very thick and definitely has potential to cause respiratory issues. Luckily I don't have asthma, but pretty unnerving that I have been sleeping in a room with this much mold. still waiting for it to get fixed
