I stayed at aparto coliving and overall it was a good experience. The pricing is very convenient and the amenities are great: a well-equipped kitchen, study spaces, gym, movie room, and even coffee and water machines at the entrance. The wifi works well and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The downside is cleanliness. The halls often smell bad, and our room wasn’t properly cleaned—we even found hairs in the bathroom. If aparto improved their cleaning standards, this would be an excellent place to stay.

In this pretty expensive city, I was so glad to find something affordable and brand new.

You have to get used to the magnetic key system for all the various doors, but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy.

Each apartment block has a shared kitchen with all amenities. The door falls automatically, close with quite a loud bang.

There are various public areas, a movie room, a self-service washing room, a chill-out area with lots of cosy seating options and a billiard table. On the top floor, there is a great rooftop terrace and study rooms.

It is close enough to the city centre, yet far enough away to have a quiet night. There are two nice cafes around the corner, One Society is particularly excellent. The other one, Insomnia Cafe, is all right as well.

overall not a bad place except I found black and green mold in a corner in my room. After reporting it it was not treated like an urgent matter when it is pretty serious. Also I have no idea how this room passed inspection and was assigned to me. The mold is very very thick and definitely has potential to cause respiratory issues. Luckily I don't have asthma, but pretty unnerving that I have been sleeping in a room with this much mold. still waiting for it to get fixed

FILTHY AND UNHYGIENIC. We booked this through Airbnb, it was listed as an apartment. This is a college dorm facility that resembles nothing like the pictures listed. Add to that, it was in absolute filthy condition. There were globs of grime with hair stuck everywhere. There was what looked like feces in one of the showers. There was no paper towels or napkins or kitchen linens provided. There was open containers left from the last visitors in the refrigerator. The microwave is a fire hazard with sparks flying when put to use. The furniture is stained and disgusting. Terrible property. Appalling.

Would not recommend for tourists. Stayed in plenty of BnBs across Ireland and have had great and okay experiences, this was the worst. Deceptive pictures from booking.com, strange smell throughout the building, water pressure in the shower is terrible and doesn't drain resulting in a sewage smell in the bathroom. No parking if you have a rental car though you can park in the street out front overnight. But it is a safe and decent bed at least!
