I lived here for 6 months. It was okay overall, nothing special. The room itself is quiet, but there are occasional loud noises at night.

Broken hot water tap was never fixed, capped unreliable wifi, kitchen is messy/ unclean most of the time, ventilation for shower was weak so bathroom kept getting moldy- had to pay a lot for end of term cleaning. It is very expensive for what you get. I’d instead recommend a share house/ flat.

This is the dirtiest accommodation I’ve lived in. I moved out in less than 3 months of living here due to a dirty kitchen and lack of professionalism from the property manager. When I moved in, the room was filled with bugs and cockroaches. When I emailed the property manager Mr.Bishal, he replied saying it was my fault because I left food outside!! I had literally moved in that day. It took several days to get an approval for fumigation and to actually carry out the treatment. I had a very hard time dealing with the on site property manager when I decided to move out. Despite keeping my room clean throughout my stay here and doing a thorough end of lease clean, the property manager gave me a hard time and threatened to give an unclean condition report which would make me liable to pay an additional amount to the property management. There were times when the kitchen would be so dirty and garbage would be overflowing for weeks. This is why it was quite ironic when the manager was threatening about giving an unclean report. Wouldn’t recommend staying here for anyone who prefers a basic form of cleanliness.

Decent accommodation and overall not many problems except for wifi. The wifi is separately charged at like $65 for 80gb and it's pretty bad if you want to play any games since it constantly spikes and lags making for an infuriating experience. Otherwise it's a pretty decent accommodation

The place is of contemporary modern design with kitchen appliances like fridge all in stainless steel. A sharing kitchen is available in the ground and top floor, the building has 3 floors. The sharing kitchen in the ground floor has 4 gas burners with oven, 2 microwave and 3 wash basins and an L shape kitchen counter with cabinets under the counter table and above too. Students get assigned cupboards and fridge space. A caretaker is assigned which are normally a couple so students feels like it's a home with parents or guardians. Free limited internet is given but add on top up is optional. My son's room has it's own mini fridge, study desk, ensuite toilet, built in cabinet, heater, fan and very good bed. The ground floor has a common living room with a huge sharing t.v. and eating tables. By the entrance hallway there's a vending machine for candies and drinks. Other accessories such as iron board and striking iron and vacuum are available. My son's rent started from aud310 per week and increased slight to aud 340 per week. Our deposit of 2 weeks rent was refunded after ceased rent The management has lots of staff that can be reached by email and response is very good. The place is near UNSW university of new south wales which is 30 minutes away and one bus ride. It is a great place to stay, and I'll book it again in a heartbeat if needed.
