Michael was a great tour guide, explained and showed everything very well. He didn’t miss a thing and really convinced us to lease here. Great small talk and seemed like he really cared about us.

Maintenance guy is the goat! Shoutout Monty! Decent location - however its not actually a 5 minute walk as advertised. Good gym. Super close to safeway.

Son has had excellent experience living here. Recently washer broke and it was quickly replaced with a brand new one. It’s secure and easy walk to campus

Emily Bush manages the complex (I think). We had issues getting appliance and other repairs done in a timely fashion. I escalated my concern, as a parent paying my son's share of the rent, to Ms. Bush. She resolved all concerns within a business day, and also took steps to address dirty/neglected hallways and stairwells. The 5-star review is specific to Ms. Bush's support and performance.

This place is very cheap. Do not live here at all. Not worth the price and your time. AC unit is always broke, Service requests are never filled correctly, and the people running it are more worried about money than the well being of their guests. In no world should a apartment be at 80 degrees and be controlled by the main office and be the same for every unit. When its somewhat warm out good luck trying to sleep. They overcharge for fees, and the amenities are over priced. Id rather live an extra 15 minute walk away from campus than this place. Run now and do not sign a lease.
