Neat double bedroom near the Modena train station, modena

Very nice apartment and perfect location directly in the City Center. It was difficult to find a parking lot next to the apartment but within 5-10 min by feet enough parking space can be found. We travelled with a 7 month old baby therefore the apartment is adequate with some restrictions e.g the lift for the baby carriage only goes up to the 3 rd floor and not to the 4th floor but you can leave it on the 3rd floor. Stefania Support us whenever it was necessary! Very good! The apartment is clean and comfortable!

Wonderful location and the host was very communicative and kind. Very clean apartment with very comfortable bed. Walking distance to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host great place

A very pleasant, attractive, modern, and perfectly clean apartment. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of Modena, making getting around very easy. The instructions for accessing the apartment were very clear and simple to follow. A very good experience; I highly recommend it.

The apartment is located on a side street off Via Emilia. It can be reached either on foot from the train station or by car, thanks to a permit for the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Despite being right in the city center, the building is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is large and welcoming: it features a living area with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, including an excellent bottle of wine offered by Stefania, a wonderful host, and the dishes are new and tasteful. The bedroom not only has a huge, comfortable bed, but also features various furnishings that make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom is spacious, new, and spotlessly clean. Every detail is thoughtfully designed. You'll feel pampered.
