Cool single bedroom in a shared flat close to the Reggio Emilia train station, reggio-emilia

We stayed in the brand-new "Sapphire" apartment. The rooms have independent air conditioning, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, and dishes. The bathroom is large with a spacious shower. Everything is tastefully decorated. There's also a parking space in the courtyard, which is essential for convenience. Being close to the GVM Salus Hospital was essential for us, and the apartment is only thirty meters away, so it was perfect. Finally, Lorenzo, our contact person, was helpful, kind, and welcoming with every request. If we were to return, it would definitely be our first choice. Thank you Mirco

Brand new, fully furnished apartment with an induction stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, smart TV, and much more. Lorenzo was extremely kind and helpful. There's also private parking, which is a real rarity. Very satisfied.

We stayed in this apartment for a week and had a truly wonderful time! The accommodation is new, spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The ability to independently control the heating and cooling was very convenient. We particularly appreciated the availability of household detergents and a washer-dryer, details that really make a difference during a stay. The parking space was also very useful, a real plus. The owner was kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. An absolutely positive experience, and the apartment is highly recommended!
