Neat and cosy single bedroom in the heart of Reggio Emilia, reggio-emilia

As a real estate agent, I have the opportunity to visit and evaluate many housing options in the area, and I'd like to share a few words about this student residence because it represents a truly valid and well-structured solution for students living away from home in Reggio Emilia. Having visited the residence in person from a professional perspective, rather than simply as a resident, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the spaces and the organization: * Common areas and livability: The residence has over twenty rooms and is designed to create a pleasant community atmosphere without being chaotic. The kitchens and dedicated study areas are spacious, modern, and designed to ensure both proper concentration and excellent socializing. * Strategic location: The real strength is its logistics. Being just steps from the station, the historic center, and the University of Reggio Emilia campuses makes students' daily lives extremely convenient, eliminating the need for public transportation for most trips. * Functionality: The spaces are well-organized and tailored to current university needs. This is an option I highly recommend to all students (and their parents) looking for safe, functional housing in an unbeatable location in Reggio Emilia. Highly recommended!

Brand new student residence, located in a quiet and well-served area. There is a bus stop below the residence. The building is for girls only and is supervised at the entrance. The rooms are welcoming and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a water purifier, which saves girls from having to buy and carry crates of water. Modern washing machines are provided that do the washing without detergent. There is a study area and a gym area so you can stay in shape without having to leave. I would recommend this residence also for the manager, who is an exceptional person, a "family man".

Grazie

The owners are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail. The building is new and recently renovated.
