Comfy 2 bedroom apartment close to Palazzo Ducale, parma

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Miracoli and would highly recommend it. Our apartment, Zappa, was spacious, elegant, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a remarkable attention to detail. We were visiting for the Biennale Arte, and the location could not have been better: situated on a lovely, quiet square with excellent restaurants and shops nearby, with only a short walk from Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto to the Biennale. The staff were exceptionally responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything effortless from arrival to departure. An absolutely delightful place to stay in Venice.

We had a super positive experience with Palazzo Miracoli Art! The apartment was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. It was also very beautiful and modernly furnished. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is also Perfect, very close to the city center, making everything easy to reach. They saved us on the day of our trip because the apartment we had originally booked was suddenly canceled on the day of our arrival. Palazzo Miracoli immediately provided us with an apartment where we could check in right away! We will definitely come back again! Thank you so much!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Miracoli as a family of 4. We stayed in the Millecampi apartment with our two sons aged 11 and 9, which was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just steps away from the main sights but quietly tucked away from the crowds. Stylish design, immaculately clean, superbly furnished and the views just blew us away. The service and communication from the team was great and we really appreciated all the useful information provided to us beforehand. Check-in and check-out was smooth and stress-free. My daughters and I stayed in the loft room at Palazzo Miracoli and absolutely loved it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and even helped organise a private water taxi, which made departure so smooth. The apartment itself was spotless — everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. The Wi-Fi was also the fastest I experienced anywhere in Italy, which made planning and staying connected effortless. The location is perfect — tucked away, with a serene community feel yet still within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The views from the room were the highlight! I’d definitely stay here again :)

Our stay in Venice was truly wonderful. The location of the apartment is perfect – all the key attractions are within a 20-minute walk, yet the area itself is quieter, with far fewer tourists. Restaurants nearby are excellent and without long queues, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The view of the church and canal is simply breathtaking. We could not be happier with our choice and will definitely return. The only downside was the sound insulation between the floors – every movement from upstairs could be heard in our room. For some guests this might not be an issue, but it made it difficult for us to sleep during our last night when people were moving around above us. I understand this is common in Venetian buildings, but if there were a way to improve the soundproofing, it would easily be a solid 10/10 experience. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!
