The entire house I lived in was infested with bedbugs (which sucked my blood during the night) that had been left by previous tenants (one or several) years earlier. The concierge, rather than offering support, was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful toward me, while being kind and sociable toward those who belittled and insulted her behind her back (even laughing at her in a group, meanly). Disgusting! I didn't get a single refund, having had to throw out a lot of stuff because the infestation had progressed to unbelievable levels. SHAME!!! I only feel sorry for the other concierges, who were kind and helpful. I still remember when the doors were locked due to a power outage and the concierge refused to open the door for me, with my ice cream melting, telling me, annoyed, that she was on the phone. I was charged €15 for damage to the refrigerator that I didn't cause. But this is nothing compared to the rest.
