Large double bedroom near the Modena train station, modena

I stayed here for 1 month for doing my internship in Modena, and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was comfortable and clean, they even come by once a week to clean, and it had everything I needed for a long-term stay. And also pretty safe area. I felt very comfortable and welcome throughout my time there. Luca was always kind and helpful; it was very easy to get in touch whenever I needed anything, which made my stay even better. The location was also very convenient close to the train station and just a two-minute walk from the grocery store. I definetely recommend this place. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable! ^^

I spent about 2 months in Modena and stayed at Villa Stuffler during this time. Luca is a very kind host and the apartment is comfortable and clean. The location is great. In 25 min you can walk to the center. There is also a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The location is very quiet. There is also a supermarket within 5 min walking distance. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and can only recommend Villa Stuffler.

I have been stayed here for around 1year and it was a good choice of place to live with your family. The apartment has very good space for Car parking and also more free space, in and around looks full of greenery, lawn for kids to play. The condition of the apartment looks really great and also they are cleaning at regular basis to maintain the cleanliness. The Modena center is very close to this place less than 2kms, you can even reach Many tourist center at Modena by walk and also we have a bus facility at your door step. Friendly approach from the apartment manager and very helpful on addressing all your issues immediately.

The Villa was lovely and in a nice private location near the Centre. We were with 2 kids and would highly recommend this villa to families . The service was very good and the manager Mr Luca always friendly very helpful and supportive – Thank you!

Ho avuto modo di abitare nel residence per 8 mesi (da luglio 2025 a marzo 2026) e non posso che consigliarlo a tutti. Un’oasi di pace a due passi del centro. Pulito, silenzioso e tutto piacevole. La gentilezza dello staff completa l’opera. Assolutamente consigliato!
