Charming double bedroom near Parco Giardino Ducale Estense, modena

I highly recommend this lovely apartment. It is very central, well equipped and spotless. In my opinion to have a good host can change your experience for the best or the worst, an Giorgia has been the best host ever. Always friendly and helpful with all our requests. She has given us very good tips as well. All in all perfect 👌

Giorgia is a very kind and helpful person always ready to answer and indicate the best tips. Also the apartment is very cozy and comfortable and very close to the downtown. I strong reccomend.

The stay was perfect. The studio apartment was spotless, cozy, and bright. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was convenient, and the center was just a pleasant walk away. Giorgia was punctual and very helpful. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!

I stayed in Giorgia's studio apartment for two weeks and couldn't have been happier! The apartment was clean and well-appointed, equipped with everything from kitchen utensils and dishes to bed linens. It's small, but it has everything you need, perfect for one or two people. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Modena. Giorgia is always kind and available for any questions or needs. I highly recommend this B&B!

We stayed in Gió's studio apartment for a few nights and we had a wonderful time. The area is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the center and well-served by supermarkets and a bus stop. The studio apartment was small but comfortable, convenient, and above all, spotlessly clean! Giorgia was a lovely and perfect host. I highly recommend it.
