Room in Plaußiger Straße, Leipzig for 45 m² with 1 bedroom, leipzig

Located in a shabby location with lots of graffiti. I would feel unsafe as a woman. I paid through agoda 10 months in advance but 1 day before check in, after I replied to their shaddy check in message (where they wanted to take the conversation off agoda and have me whatsapp them only when I'm in front of their door), they said i didn't pay. Issue could not be resolved. I had to wait for more than an hour outside on the kerb looking like a beggar. On day of check in, they demanded i pay them again (and at a higher price). Their parking lot was impossible to find.

The most peaceful and safest hotel in the area. It’s also great that it’s eco-friendly.

Be aware of hidden costs!!!!! I thought I booked a room for 110 euro plus city tax (5.52 euro) but they actually charged me 144 euro! They charged me parking place for 16 euro (i dont have a car and nobody asked me this at check in!) plus 12 euro for some unknown contribution again nobody asked. They also didn't take my 200 euro cash because they were unable to prove it is real (it was a fresh banknote from bank that same day). After complaining they refunded my 16 euro but be aware! At the end İ paid here more than İ would pay at a 3-4 star hotel! Good sides: experience an old apartment from the 1800s, comfortable beds, cleanness

Very clean and comfortable. Really quiet place with very nice pillows and mattress. It was really clean, warm. It feels is a place that they care to keep it nice for the guests. Thank you .

It is exactly what you book. Small, very afordable rooms with shared toilets. The check in times are restricted but that aside it is great!
