How can I book a viewing and what can I view?

Currently, we only offer on-site viewings! We will give you a tour of the community areas, as well as the outside areas of the house. You will also be shown one of our show apartments, if one is available at the time.

We offer limited storage space. Please contact your house management.

Which rental items are available?

We offer vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, mops, tools, and leisure items such as game consoles or table tennis rackets.

A list of all the items available can be found at reception. Everything can be borrowed free of charge from reception in exchange for your membership card, which you will receive when you move in.

Can I change my apartment?

A room swap is possible with one month's notice to the end of the month, at the earliest one month after moving in.

Where can I park my bicycle?

 There are bicycle parking spaces in the underground parking space or outside.

Not all parking spaces are under video surveillance, so we recommend you always secure your bike individually.
