If something breaks in your apartment, you are welcome to contact your house technician or house management.

For the security of our tenants, our buildings are equipped with an electronic locking system and intercoms. Public areas are also under video surveillance.

Additional security staff is on site at night on weekends.

In addition, all our employees are trained in first aid as well as fire protection in order to be able to react correctly and quickly in case of an emergency.

Of course, your visitors are also welcome to stay overnight. Depending on availability, you can borrow a guest bed for a small fee at the reception during opening hours.

We offer vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, mops, tools, and leisure items such as game consoles or table tennis rackets.

A list of all the items available can be found at reception. Everything can be borrowed free of charge from reception in exchange for your membership card, which you will receive when you move in.

A room swap is possible with one month's notice to the end of the month, at the earliest one month after moving in.
