Comfortable studio near the Leipzig Central Station, leipzig

I had a great experience staying at Lumya Leipzig. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and the city center. The management team is friendly, helpful, and responds quickly whenever assistance is needed. The building also has a safe and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for students and young professionals. Overall, I would highly recommend Lumya Leipzig to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Leipzig.

22/5/2026:I haven't received my deposit after leaving this student accommodation for over 7 months, and they never replied to my email regarding this issue. If I continue to receive no response, I will take legal action to recover my security deposit. 23/6/2026 update: Still have not received my deposit back yet, and Lumis said they will transfer the money back to me as soon as possible. I will keep updating this issue until I receive my money.

Really good accommodation overall. I would highly recommend it to students or young professionals looking for new accommodation in Leipzig.

Honestly, Lumis Living is the best place to stay in Leipzig. Everything about it makes student life easier and more fun. The location is perfect - super central, close to the main station, trams, shops, and the university. You can literally walk everywhere or grab a scooter in seconds. The building itself feels modern and clean start with the lobby to the rooftop terrace. The rooms are well-designed, cozy, and come fully furnished, which makes moving in so smooth. You get your own kitchen, private bathroom, and big windows with good light (which is rare in student housing). The staff and community team are amazing always friendly, helpful, and they organize a lot of events, parties, and pop-ups that bring everyone together. It's really easy to make friends here, and the vibe is international - people from all over the world. It's not just a place to live; it actually feels like a community.

Living at Lumis Leipzig has been a fantastic experience! The studios are modern, well-furnished, and have everything I need, from a private kitchenette to a comfortable study space. The communal areas, especially the fitness room and study lounges, make it easy to balance work and relaxation. The location is perfect—just a short walk to university and close to public transport. The community events and social spaces have also helped me meet new people. Overall, it’s a great place to live, with a perfect mix of privacy and social life!
