Apartment in Edlichstraße, Leipzig for 45 m², leipzig

I lived at Staytoo, and my tenancy ended on 30 September 2025. As of today, almost nine months later, I have still not received a refund of my rental deposit, a concrete deposit statement, or a binding payment date. Staytoo informed me that the delay was due to internal restructuring and the technical reconfiguration of their payment systems. However, despite several further follow-ups, I have not received any clear update or concrete resolution. I am still waiting for the deposit statement and/or the payment of the undisputed remaining amount. I hope Staytoo will handle this matter promptly and transparently.

STAYTOO is the perfect place to live while studying in Leipzig. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and Mauro is super helpful and friendly when it comes to facing any inconvenience. Would recommend a 100%

StayToo is a beautiful, clean and modern apartment complex. I lived here for over a year in Leipzig, and my experience was amazing. The property manager, Mauro, is very nice and welcoming. Before one moves in, he always explains the terms and conditions clearly and in a transparent manner. While living there, he was always helpful and made sure that the tenants had a comfortable stay. StayToo is really nice for students, since there are parties and events (such as football match screenings, gaming nights, etc.) hosted in the common room.

I have stayed for almost 6 months and would say it was an amazing and smooth stay. Mauro is very helpful whenever someone faces any inconvenience, very clear about all the requirements for the move in/out process and does his best to keep the house rules. I enjoyed the common area whenever I had guests, the friendly neighbours and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Perfect place to live while studying in Leipzig. Facilities and common area are well managed and always clean. The apartment was just of enough size to live comfortably.
