Appealing studio in the Zentrum district, leipzig

The place itself is pretty nice and has everything you need. The price is relatively high but isn't outrageous considering it is right by the city center. Personally I have no complaints about the room itself. But rather the fact that its such a hassle trying to contact the Hausmeister. Here is a tip to future tenants. If you have some problems and the Scout isn't at its office at the moment, don't call the scout. Directly contact Youniq via the phone number stated in the welcome booklet. It is gonna be much more efficient and helpful for you, espcially if you're in a hurry.

I lived there for almost one and a half years while doing research work at the university, and I had a very positive experience overall. The management team made everything easy, from the initial viewing all the way to the final checkout. They were always friendly and understanding whenever I had enquiries. The location is perfect—you can reach different transport lines in just a few minutes, which was essential for my commute. I was also surprised by how well-insulated the rooms are compared to other places that I lived in. Even with ongoing construction in a nearby building (which is almost finished now), loud noises were not an issue. When I reported that my bar fridge was a little noisy, they replaced it shortly afterwards with a new one. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the shared amenities, like the laundry and gym rooms, could use a bit of renovation. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend it to other students or researchers looking for a convenient and central place to stay in Leipzig."

I have lived here for 2 years in 3 apartments (wanted to switch to a bigger one with balcony, then due to covid I had to economize), awful experience. The staff is unfriendly, often even rude. You have to pay 100-200€ when you move out if the walls are even a little bit dirty or you paint the walls yourself, which I did after I moved out from the second apartment. The scout made me purchase the paint from him, ofc for a higher price than in the shops, ofc without a receipt or anything. For the handover of my third apartment, I cleaned it flawlessly (I have been an airbnb superhost for 2,5 years), except for the tiny freezer in the fridge, for which I had to pay 168€! It is a proper rip-off!

100% scam. I lived in Hamburg Oberstrasse 14A. My deposit is held within their account and they don't respond to phone calls nor revert back to my emails. They scammed me with 960€. Unfriendly and disastrous staff, don't expect from them any help because customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priorities list. Their staff IQ is lower than the percentage. Don't trust them at all. I can share a full email conversation where all the email are from me and 0 from them!!

I stayed one year in a ensuite flat and I would say that it was definitely the right choice. Very central location and Accommodation was comfortable plus laundry and gym is in the same building. Also, residense managers Ms. Nenz and Mr. Schülbe is very kind and helpfull. Overall I strongly reccomend Youninq Apartments
