Very nice studio near Dortmund Stadthaus station, dortmund

Great hotel close to the Christmas Market. Love the breakfast and its location on the last floor, impressed by the fact they had a gym and the friendly staff.

Very highly recommended! Amazing rooms, staff, breakfast, views of you get lucky, free gym. And they have eating area on 6th fl with view. And its in the middle of Dortmund old town.

For 4 months, this dormitory has been the main cause of my sleep problems. Since the very first day I arrived, my sleep quality has hit rock bottom because I keep wondering where the bugs will come out from today. This place never, ever deserves this exorbitant price. The rooms are unplastered, which makes the heat insulation terrible. Even though all the radiators work at full power/maximum heat, the room is freezing cold. Despite bringing this up many times, no one ever cared. We can't even enter the shared kitchens—they're so filthy that the smell spreads throughout the entire corridor. If I didn't have a 6-month contract, this wouldn't be a place to stay even for 1 minute

I love Basecamp Dortmund! The staff are incredibly supportive and kind. They always make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. Five stars aren’t enough for this amazing team! The support team at Basecamp Dortmund is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, quick to help, and always go the extra mile. Couldn’t ask for better service — thank you for making everything so easy and enjoyable!

So if you’re student and looking for accommodation I wouldn’t recommend this student housing one of the worst student housing in germany the rooms are bad the walls leak a lot of noise even after leaving the room clean they’ll ask you for a cleaning fee despite saying if something is damaged in the room they will take it from the insurance called garentii the staff is not professional there there s a lot of insects too behind the beds so if you want to make your life miserable and studying experience worse go there
