Nice single bedroom near Calisthenic Park, bochum

Had the best stay as a student of the Universität Duisburg-Essen. The WG is spacious, clean, and especially has the best location. Near the train station, groceries, and directly in front of the campus. The landlord is super friendly and helpful as well, super recommended!

The location is great, everything is very close to the rooms especially the University Cafe its infront of the door. The place from inside is overall clean if the tenants you live with cares really about it. The Neighbors are very calm and lovely The Garden is also wonderful to set in.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The common areas of the house were also clean and well-stocked. The location of the house was convenient - it was just a short walk to the Hbf. The landlord is very professional, extremely responsive and helpful throughout the rental process. I would definitely consider renting this room again in the future.

I have been a tenant here for 1 and 1/2 years. The house is located in a very strategic location just a 10 mins walk to hbf. The conditions of the house is very good as well. The landlord is very professional and easy to deal with. The downsides will be the rent, it is quite pricey for me because I’m a student and also the internet speed in that area is not good but they will install fibre optics next year. Overall it was a good experience living here i would recommend it to people.

The landlord is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are bright and cozy. I had a great time here. Thank you to the landlord!
