Pleasant single bedroom in Kirchviertel, bochum

If you want to stay with Habyt/Germany Living 2 GmbH /Leaze whatever they want to call themselves these days. Then be ready to lose your security deposit because you won't get it back they will make you cry,beg and ghost you. I can't believe this is a German company, this is not what we think of when we talk about German standards. There needs to be a very strict law against such companies who try to defraud tenants and take advantage of their situation.

You will never get your deposit back in full. You are asked to leave the room clean upon departure, but they still deduct 180 euros for cleaning. There's a rule that you need to find a replacement if you leave the dorm, but they still deduct 240 euros. There are a lot of insects and pests in the rooms, so you should be aware of this before deciding to stay here.

I am living here now for 2 years and I love the cosiness of my room. The rent price is a little too high for my liking but all in all everything is fine. An a special shoutout to the management team of Melda and Svenja. They help a lot whenever i need help. Without them it wont be that fun and comfortable living here.

My one year living here is absolutely great. Svenja and Melda were super helpful and flexible, always ready to support me with move-in and move-out matters. Thanks to them, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The common areas were always clean, and the facilities like the gym, piano room, and study spaces made living here very comfortable. The community is quiet, friendly, and a great place to meet nice people. Overall, I’m very grateful for the Home & Co. team and had a wonderful experience living here!

A perfect place to live for international students! Friendly people and nice atmosphere!
