Neat studio in the centre of Dortmund, dortmund

Absolutely not recommended. The apartment is filthy, moldy, completely run-down, and disgusting. Stay away. In the evenings, rats sing in the backyard, and insects in the room are a nuisance.

Disgusting! The cleaning staff must be blind and unable to smell... The bathroom was uncleaned, and the room smelled like a dive bar. There were weeks-old receipts under the sofa. The landlord completely ignored any reported problems! Avoid this place at all costs.

The apartment had everything we needed: a TV, Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a small kitchenette. Overall, it was a good-sized space. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom; it looked dirty and small, and the shower curtain was dirty. I would definitely renovate the bathroom, because the apartment itself was very nice.

Cheap apartment, location is great, amenities adequate. Too bad the TV doesn't work. Too bad it is noisy and the neighbors are so loud at half past seven on Sunday morning. WiFi is great though!

I recommend it. Friendly staff, everything is right in the center. There's everything you need, even a parking lot.
