Neat single bedroom near Am Zehnthof metro, dortmund

The apartments are way too expensive for this location. They're incredibly noisy, right next to the B1 highway where it becomes the A40. :D Absolutely not conducive to healthy living.

Beautifully furnished apartments in Dortmund's Kreuzviertel district! Modernly furnished, clean, and fully equipped. We at the behome rental team look forward to your visit!

Great place, well located. A big plus is its location opposite the stadium. Ideal for people traveling from further away. On-site caretaker and office. Very smooth rental process. One point deducted because the apartment had been vacant for a long time and wasn't clean (cobwebs and slightly dirty floor). But we'll take care of that. I'm picky.
