Modern Apartment with Workspace in Neukölln #35, berlin

Hello friends, I'm a local guide and I've traveled a lot around the world. I've stayed in many hotels and hostels, but what is this? I've never seen anything like it. It's absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here at all. The rooms are infested with insects and are not clean at all. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Nice place to stay next to the public transport. The procedure to get into the place is a little bit sophisticated. But once understood it’s easy (you need a phone and internet though.)

One of the worst apartments Haus, The room was so dusty, the shower was broken, mushy smell in washroom.. Asked for iron, but got after several reminders, pillow cover was full of stains Window was broken, can't open full only titled... Stains on wall.

Located too close to the railway station, there is no air conditioner available; only a large fan is provided. Since we were visited during the summer, the only fan is not enough, too hot. And if you want to open the window for air circulation, you will not be able to sleep properly because the train station noises are directly approaching your room. The good thing is that they provided a small, proper kitchen with a quite standard and usable kitchenette. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the supermarket and train station for easy mobility.

Although we are still in our apartment ,I tell u the best place I have ever had for me and my kids since I have been using booking .com,the neatness of the place ,for me and my kids our room is 100percent perfect, in Neukolln ☺️we are all happy to have a place like this, everything about Neukolln apartment is perfect,I also love it that it’s near tram station,so easy and perfect for us,we hope to come soon again, after this trip.best of the best.
