Apartment in Reinbeckstraße 30, 12459 Berlin, Deutschland, berlin

I had the pleasure of staying at SPREEPOLIS for more than two years, and my experience was excellent from beginning to end. The apartments are modern, clean, fully furnished, and very comfortable. The entire rental process was always professional, smooth, and well organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated the great facilities and the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend SPREEPOLIS to anyone looking for quality student housing or serviced apartments in Berlin. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

Personally I've lived here for almost 2 years, it's a perfect place to reach all part of berlin, the Sbahn it's only 10 mins away, they offer also the private garage in case you have a car. It's in a safe and clean area of Berlin, full of green spots. The building is well kept and maintained, always clean. Those rare times when there is a problem the people working here are super nice and fast trying to adjust it! I strongly raccomend you to live here!

I've lived at Spreepolis for a year and I'm very happy with it. The apartment is sweet and fully furnished, the neighborhood is quiet and close to nature, the company takes care of maintenance issues free of charge. The only problem is it's a long commute to the central areas of Berlin.

A hotel-like accomodation for rich Germans which won't let you rent without papers from your rich parents with their enormous salaries. I don't know who needs this - exorbitant prices but requirements for paperwork are just as insane as everywhere else.

Simple, clean, easy. Modern apartments with facilities to cook, comfy bed and a balcony. The style is simple, modern, clean as is the shower room. The balcony has a metal shutter to close out noise and light as some balconies open onto the sometimes noisy street. Very easy check-in and out. Lidl around the corner. Not very central but a ten minute walk from where I train so ideal for me, and Berlin public transport is great so it's an easy 45 minutes to the centre. If you want your own little apartment for a time, recommended.
