I spent 3 months in a shared flat with a colleague, and we had a great experience with Insider Apartments. The agency was always very responsive and quick to deal with any questions or issues we had. For example, I reported a broken bathroom lamp at 4 a.m., and it was replaced by 9 a.m.! The move-in and move-out processes were also smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Insider Apartments. They made our first experience living in Berlin much easier and more enjoyable.

I stayed at Insider Apartments for over two years during my bachelor, and overall it was a very positive experience. Whenever I had an issue, the facility team and the community were helpful and responsive, which made things much easier. The service was perfect, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Moved in April 2026, Kantstraße 42 The apartment was dirty and the kitchen oven was damaged and non-functional from the day I moved in. I reported this with photos and video evidence on 13 April. More than a week later, nothing has been repaired despite verbal acknowledgment from management. Be aware of how this place operates: contracts are fixed at 6 months and never extended. Each cycle costs you €100 for a new contract plus €150 end of tenancy cleaning — €250 automatically taken from every tenant every 6 months regardless of circumstances. Rooms are not shown to you before move-in. You find out the condition only on the day you arrive. Complaints are ignored. Follow-up emails receive no response. If you are an international student considering this accommodation, read every line of your contract carefully before signing and document the condition of your room thoroughly on the day you move in.
