UniLodge Stafford House, Wellington

You can’t get any more central than UniLodge Stafford House. Living here you’ll be right smack bang in the centre of the city, with everything nearby. Did you know the city is so compact you can walk from one side to the other in just 15 minutes? Our Wellington university accommodation consists of 91 three bedroom and 11 two bedroom self-catered student apartments. All of our student apartments in Wellington contain a small common area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

UniLodge Stafford House is managed by UniLodge Auckland Ltd on behalf of individual private owners. We welcome students from all Wellington tertiary education providers including interns and those in Wellington on placements. You will of course be well connected to your university. The Pipitea Campus is a short five-minute walk away (depending on how late you slept in) and to get to the main campus at Kelburn you can either walk up the terrace or catch the bus 30 metres from your front door. Described as the ‘Coolest Little Capital City in the World’, Wellington offers a great coffee culture, cafes, shopping, restaurants and clubs in easy walking distance.
