UniLodge Stafford House, wellington

I am having a delightful experience staying in UniLodge Stafford House, particularly in the room with a serene view overlooking The Terrace. The room is equipped with a large table, perfect for students in need of a dedicated workspace. The staff are not only hospitable but also incredibly supportive. I was impressed by their prompt response to my requests; they quickly added a paper holder and chopping board to the apartment right after I reported the need. The level of attention to resident satisfaction was truly commendable. Besides, Stafford House is fully-facilitated. Moving in was a breeze, requiring nothing more than my luggage and bedding. Its location also provides easy access to key destinations, either to Victoria University or the city central. Beyond its excellent location, the surrounding area truly boasts an array of good food and beverage options, such as Belen Vegan, Tank, or Angry Ramen. Overall, I recommend this apartment for its comfortable rooms, peaceful views, central location, and the exceptional service provided by the accommodating staff.

Don't live here, there was mold in the dishwasher before I moved in. The mattress was literally ripped in multiple places. The door handle fell of our door and it wasn't fixed for months. The RA assigned left and we had no communication. There was a floor to ceiling 1cm wide gap between mine and my flatmates room. The fridge leaked for most of my time living there with nothing being done until halfway through the year. Originally promised to me as a student accommodation, this was made clear that non-staff adults had been allowed to move in during my stay. Honestly, I've never lived anywhere worse before or since, if you are a parent I wouldn't trust this place.

I’ve been staying at Stafford for around 2 weeks now and I love it. The room was fully furnished, kitchen already had supplies and the bathroom clean with no signs of mould but was spotless! Love that we have security as well throughout the night which gives the comfort of safety! Comes with a gym and also the easy access to university as well as the city! I like the common room as well, a nice place to study with LIGHTS!

I had an outstanding experience living in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to campus, public transport, and local shops, which made day-to-day life so easy. The building feels safe and secure, giving peace of mind at all times. The management team is friendly, approachable, and highly responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The communal areas are well-kept, providing excellent spaces to study, socialize, or relax. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend it to any student/ work profess looking for a comfortable, convenient, and supportive living environment.

I had a good experience staying at Stafford House, Wellington. Not only did the common lounge had a pool table, ping pong table, and a tv, the staff were friendly and all you needed was in your apartment. I enjoyed the peace and near distance of everything surrounded in the area. And would recommend this place for students and anyone in need of accomodation stay.
