I have had a very pleasant living experience at Student Living Auckland. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the street-facing units have great natural sunlight, which I really enjoy. The staff are always friendly, patient, and very supportive. They respond to emails promptly and are willing to help with special situations whenever possible. I especially appreciate their professionalism. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend this accommodation to other students.

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very convenient for daily living. Everything works properly and the environment is clean and comfortable. The staff are especially impressive—very warm, friendly, and helpful. They assisted me with many issues and always responded quickly and patiently. Their support made my stay much easier and stress-free. Overall, this apartment offers great service and a very pleasant living experience. I would highly recommend it. I transferred to the wrong account. The staff here also helped me solve it patiently and quickly. Especially the sister named mison (I'm sorry I can't write the specific name), she is very kind and patient.

This was genuinely the worst living experience I've ever had, and I would never recommend staying here. First of all, the smell was unbearable. I'm not sure whether it was the building itself or maybe the area, but there was a constant odour that smelled like rubbish juice. It was so bad that my friend commented on it the first time they visited. The smell even seemed to cling to my clothes, bedding, and other belongings that I kept in my room. Secondly, after the reception moved, getting any sort of help became incredibly difficult. I basically had to figure out the entire move out process by myself. Management simply emailed a list of instructions, but they were vague and confusing, and there was no real support available, like it felt like you were expected to magically know what to do. Honestly, communication in general was a complete mess. Important emails about things like mail collection, parcel delivery, vacuum hire, and other basic services were often sent far too late or weren't clear enough after the reception moved. I actually had to reorder a package because I wasn't informed that reception had moved until after I'd already used the old reception address for delivery. The interior was also incredibly depressing. Who thought it was a good idea to have a broken TV hanging directly above the bed? The green concrete walls made the room feel cold and prison-like rather than somewhere people are supposed to live. On top of that, my room got little to no natural light. It constantly felt dark, and after living there for a while, I genuinely felt depressed being in that environment. Coming back to my room never felt comforting. I'm NOT even exaggerating when I say that every time it felt like I was returning to a tiny jail cell, I'd literally avoid being in the room and stay outside. For $430 a week, I expected something that actually felt livable, not somewhere that made me dread coming home. Finally, the pricing is ridiculous. The weekly rent itself is severely overpriced for what you get, but the lockout fee is what really shocked me. One evening, I accidentally left my key in my room while taking out the rubbish. I completely understood that it would take about an hour for someone to arrive, since it was around 9 pm. What I couldn't understand was being charged $90 JUST for someone to UNLOCK my own door, NOT REPLACE the key, just unlock it. Since management changed, I think it's now around $140, which is honestly outrageous. Charging residents that much for a simple lockout feels exploitative. Overall, between the unbearable smell, poor communication, lack of support, gloomy rooms, excessive rent, and unreasonable fees, this was by far the worst accommodation I've ever lived in. It genuinely had a negative impact on my wellbeing, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! The space is well - designed, making every corner feel practical and cozy. The layout is really smart, with a nice little kitchen area, a comfortable sleeping space, and a clean bathroom. The overall atmosphere is bright and inviting, which makes it a perfect place to relax after a long day. I love how everything is organized and the quality of the space is top - notch. It's truly a great place to call home! The view from my apartment window is amazing! It's so pleasant to see the cityscape, the sea, and the beautiful sky with clouds. Every time I look out, it makes me feel relaxed and happy.

Great student living option! Located just 15 minutes from school (AUT, Uoa), this place ticks all the boxes. My room faces the courtyard, making it super chill and relaxing. The place has character and gets plenty of natural light. It's an older building, but everything works fine and it's functional. Would definitely recommend to fellow students!
