Room in Rue de Fontcarrade, Montpellier for 68 m² with 5 bedrooms, montpellier

The residence is very poorly located geographically; you could say it's situated in the heart of the Figuerolles district because we can hear everything that goes on there. There's noise every day and evening of the week, as well as on weekends, with numerous dirt bikes speeding by all day long, and loud music. Not to mention the firecrackers and fires in the vicinity, or, as recently happened, the theft of a resident's scooter, which was locked up in the residence's parking lot. The tenants are friendly, and the management of the establishment seems generally quite good, except for the residence manager, who is an absolutely unpleasant person, to put it politely. The building has a laundry room, which I agree is very convenient. However, it's closed on Sundays (reopening Monday afternoons), which is less than ideal considering most residents work all week. It would make sense to have access to the laundry room all weekend so we don't have to wait until Saturday (the busiest day for the laundry). Not everyone is going to be able to start a load at 7 or 8 pm after work, especially since there's a risk the machines will already be in use. The building is quite old, and the studios are fairly well renovated (except for the flooring). The smell of dead rats sometimes emanates from somewhere in the hallways and lingers for several weeks, which isn't very pleasant.
