Room in 2 Rue de Camargue, 34070 Montpellier, France, montpellier

I had a great stay at Student Factory. The environment is very safe, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant—perfect for both studying and relaxing. The location is super convenient, with a supermarket and a tram station just a short walk away, which made daily life really easy. One important thing to note: check-in is strictly at 4 PM, not earlier, so it’s good to plan your arrival accordingly. Check-out is at 11 AM. As long as you arrange your time wisely, everything runs smoothly. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Student factory told me by email that I would be guaranteed an offer of accommodation. Then, 2 weeks before I was due to move to France, they told me there were no more availabilities and that my application had been cancelled for that reason, leaving me stranded and forced to book private accommodation at ridiculously short notice. When I tried to get in contact after this, they have since refused to answer 3 separate emails. Disgrace.

As an exchange student I personally wouldn’t recommend. Upon arrival, the lady stationed in the office was unwelcoming and did not give a proper tour. Days after, I was unsure of the location of the bin room, and other students had the same problem. The fridge in my room also wasn’t even plugged in almost as if they were not prepared for my onboarding The room was filthy, my parents were appalled there’s still trash under the fridge from previous tenants. The shower is completely open, you need to provide your own rack and shower curtain… The amenities: the common area although clean, has recently changed schedules only allowing tenants to access it up until 23:00. This is unreasonable for students who can spend from 8:00-22:00 at school. There is practically no time to enjoy this common area for many of the tenants. Also, the laundry room reeks, possibly of sewage. I would advise aspiring tenants to book elsewhere. For the price, one could easily find a better establishment with better amenities such as a gym and a separate movie area. EDIT: Also, the water has continously been turned off again and again. It takes at least a 5 hours to fix each time, sometimes even overnight. This is truly unnacceptable, what a horrendous student accomodation.

Stayed for several days in a studio. Very nice and clean with all the basic facilities you could need. Check in and check out process was seamless

Nice room, clean and new. But we had a problem with the key and there was nobody to help us even if we were during the times when it was supposed to be someone on the office
