Il n’y a pas de meilleure résidence étudiante privée en termes de rapport qualité‑prix. Les chambres sont neuves, jolies, bien équipées, spacieuses et très lumineuses. Les balcons sont un vrai plus. L’emplacement est pratique, proche de la ligne 1 et facilement accessible à vélo. Le gestionnaire est très aimable, toujours à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Les démarches administratives sont traitées rapidement, ce qui est appréciable dans une ville où il n’est pas toujours simple de trouver un logement. Seul bémol : la salle de sport était fermée en raison de dégâts des eaux. Espérons une réouverture prochaine.

I lived in this student residence for a year. Even though the surrounding neighborhood doesn't seem very safe at first glance, I never encountered any problems in my daily life. The only downside was the construction work that went on nearby throughout the year, which caused a lot of dust and noise. The residence is very well located: just steps from the tram stop and not far from a market where you can easily do your shopping. The facilities are modern, and there are also common areas and a study room. It's a shame the gym was never finished. Another positive point: after I moved out, I received my entire deposit back in less than ten days, which was very much appreciated. Overall, the experience was quite positive. But I especially want to explain why I'm giving it five stars: they're for Mr. Cassereau, the manager. His relationship with the tenants is more like that of a friend or even a family member. Whenever there was a problem, he quickly found a solution, with incredible responsiveness. Moreover, he is always warm and caring. Thanks to him, my year at this residence was excellent. A big thank you to Mr. Cassereau!

Read this review at all costs: The WORST possible student apartment in Montpellier. Nothing is right, I don't even know where to begin!! First, the photos are so misleading; they show the good side of the building without showing that we're in the middle of a very dangerous neighborhood. Gunshots at night, illegal fireworks. The people who live there aren't even students, but families. The buildings smell unbelievably bad, the neighbors make noise and leave their trash in front of the doors… what was bound to happen, happened: a cockroach infestation for 6 months, UNHEARD OF. The building manager, whose name I won't mention, is a big con artist; don't be fooled by his pompous and professional demeanor. He's just there to hide the misery in this problem-ridden residence. Not to mention the security deposit, which is held for months and months after the lease ends. He withheld €200 for a broken washcloth that we had already paid for before arriving, and for an unwashed mattress protector costing €10—outrageous! Not to mention the team of tradespeople who came into the apartment leaving a mess, placo everywhere. And to top it all off, the building security is managed by a young guy who brings his friends over, who smoke and play loud music at 15 people downstairs. The security gate only worked for half the year, and the gym, which was mentioned in the advertisement, was out of service due to water damage when we arrived. The building manager, or whatever you want to call him, promised to renovate it within the first few weeks, but in the end, NOTHING was done ALL YEAR!! Not to mention the worst, most energy-guzzling radiators in Montpellier, the nonexistent insulation—in summer you die of heat, in winter you die of cold… (and the electricity bill is outrageous). In short, avoid it at all costs if you don't want to add the pressure of security and being ripped off on top of the pressure of the market!

A good apartment with many amenities such as a gym, a study area, a laundry room, etc., located in a pleasant environment, very close to the bus and train stop.

Student residence offering a good level of comfort. Pleasant furnishings are a big plus, and the residence manager is on site.
