After six years here, I highly recommend this residence. The apartments are well-equipped and bright. On the ground floor, there's a room for group study and a laundry room that has been completely renovated. The residence is also well-located, with the tram line a two-minute walk away and an Intermarché supermarket a ten-minute walk. A big thank you to Ms. Carcy and Bruno, who are very responsive and kind, which made my time here even more enjoyable.

Ideally located, the residence is two minutes from the Faculty of Medicine and tram line 1, and two stops from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Montpellier. Several private preparatory schools for health studies (such as IPESUD, SupPerform, and ParcoursMed) are also within a 10-minute walk. Furthermore, the on-site team is very welcoming and friendly; a special thank you to Ms. Carcy and Bruno. The residence has a paid parking lot, and free public parking is located right next door. An Auchan supermarket is one tram stop away, and an Intermarché is a 15-minute walk. In addition, the proximity of two research centers makes it an ideal location for Master's and PhD students. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (the only minor inconvenience is the frequent ambulance traffic due to the proximity of the hospital). A major plus for students: the residence accepts the Visale guarantee!

A very pleasant, well-maintained residence with parking – just steps from the IUT and the Occitanie tram stop. Kudos to the maintenance team, always very responsive when needed – and a special mention to Ms. Carcy, the residence manager, who is kind and always available for students. It's truly reassuring for parents of young students.
