My stay at Staytoo was generally good. However, their admin is not. Despite paying all my rent on time/early and leaving the room spotless, my deposit has still not been returned to me since my move out in July 2025. I have been trying to communicate with their team but they hold no accountability and will not reply to my emails. I am not the only tenant in this situation. To make it worse they accused me of not paying some bills - I gave them the evidence for this promptly. Generally they have no control of their finances or communication and I don’t believe I will ever get my money back. I would not recommend anyone staying here as a result. Staytoo if you see this please send me my money :)

I have lived here for more than a year, and during the time it was all right, but since moving out it has been a disaster. When I was moving out, they wanted to make me pay 200 euros for 1 wall, which I kicked in their opinion. I needed to clean stains I did not make, or I could pay 450 euros as a fee. After then, no deposit has been paid back, and I receive no answers to my emails. Update. I have only got my deposit back after I have got myself a lawyer. Then it took 2 days miraculously. I would not stay here. They are playing with the papers, If you dont know german, they play with the deposit.

I lived at Staytoo Nuremberg for a year, and honestly, it was a great experience. The building is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference when you're staying long-term. One of the things I loved most was the sense of community—there are regular events that are actually fun, and they make it easy to meet people. The location is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere is really friendly. Plus, the house manager Eugen is awesome—super approachable and always willing to help with anything. The apartments also come with built-in furniture, which makes moving in easier. Overall, I had a really good stay here. Thanks Staytoo 😊

Lived at StayToo Nürnberg for 6 months and had an excellent time there. Building was kept clean, organised and kept in order by the great efforts of Eugene. Any issue was dealt with haste and professionalism. The public spaces, laundry, hangout spaces and the gym were all really good and it made life easier. Parking for cars and bikes is also a great feature of the building. Street noise in the apartments facing the "Garden" is pretty much nonexistent.

Lived here for one and a half years. My experience was very positive. The location is very good, everything you need is around you and it’s a really good and safe neighbourhood. The room itself is small like any student studio apartment but had everything one might need (not an oven tho, that was in the community room). The building itself is also nice and clean, the community room, cinema room and fitness room are well maintained and cozy. The best experience for me was how professional and responsive the facility manager Eugen was. Aside from throwing great parties with great food and drinks, he really always was very helpful and kind. A very big thanks to him. Also, he handles conflict between tenants very professionally. I had an annoying neighbour who was so loud yet complaining about me being loud but Eugen was successful at resolving the issue. As all things, there is always a dark side. My room was facing back (not the street) and there was a construction site that went on for at least 18 months by the time I moved out ( my whole stay) and it was HELL. They started at 7 am (sometimes 6:30) and went on non-stop till at least 4 pm. Overall experience: had a blast, met so many wonderful people, enjoyed my stay and felt right at home. A bit pricy but 100% recommended. Will update this review after I see how long till I get my deposit back. Thank you Eugen Thank you Staytoo
