Bright single bedroom in Langwasser Nordwest, nuremberg

I have lived here for more than 3 years, since 2021. The design of the apartment is amazing, especially the bathroom. It includes all the necessary furniture, and there are many closets and drawers throughout the room, allowing you to store a lot of items neatly without making the space look cramped. Even the hallway is decorated with colorful pictures, creating a warm and energetic atmosphere, unlike the typical one-color walls you often see in student buildings. The managers — Jürgen, Mareike, Aladar, and now Tino — are all nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. Jürgen helped bring many packages to my apartment when I moved in and even helped open my door late at night, free of charge, when I forgot my key inside. Mareike always responded to emails quickly and provided all the support possible. Aladar and Tino helped me move all my heavy luggage downstairs when I moved out. And it’s such a nice thing that the managers always say hello and smile whenever I passed by their office. The only issue is that the furniture near the sinks is not waterproof, and over time, frequent cleaning with damp cloths has caused it to deteriorate. Additionally, the wall near the bed gets dirty easily over time. I hadn't been aware of these quality issues until the damages appeared, and I had to pay for them when i moved out. Despite that, I still give 5 stars because I was completely satisfied and happy during my time living in the apartment, as well as with the services provided.

Great place to live as a student, Tino und Aladar are great community managers. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a place to live in Nürnberg.

I've been living here since 2020 and until now I'm really satisfied and happy, great apartment, perfekt location, very helpful and friendly manager Aladar, Mareike and now Tino. There are, of course, few problems like mentioned in other comments, but a solution is usually found sooner or later. Definitely recommended for someone who doesn't need a big place.

I was very happy when I moved initially to this apartment, and Aladar and Mareike are very nice hausmasters. But when I left had very bad experience I was charged large amount of money for cleaning eventhough the construction was wrongly done in bathroom. When complained didn't get any response. Also I request the landlors/hausmasters not to charge someone without their consent. I wouldn't recommend this if you don't speak German also if you expect to get your whole deposit in return

I can only keep recommending it: Both for students, or, like me, for people that have leaved in between 2 cities: during those 2 years in iLive I have enjoyed a modern and nice atmosphere. The cherrie on top of the cake are the 2 amazing people taking care of the community and the building (Mareike and Aladar, thanks and thanks again!). They are easy going, solution oriented and very flexible. Best regards!
