Wolfratshauser Straße, munich

This is a warm and cozy apartment. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They showed me around every corner of the apartment as soon as I checked in and replied to my emails promptly. Any problems in the room can be checked and fixed immediately. The public areas are well maintained, which made me want to stay here for a long time on the first day of my stay. It's no wonder it's the highest-rated student apartment in Munich. It's only a one-minute walk to the bus stop, five minutes to the tram stop and 900 meters to the subway station. For me, the entire area is very safe. There's a supermarket right outside the door, and the gym and other infrastructure are all complete. The study room is quiet and comfortable, and there's also a storage room included. So I recommend this place.

I have had a smooth and enjoyable stay in this dormitory since I moved here in April 2024. Located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood, the dorm features wonderful social areas such as a terrace, study room, yoga/activity room, TV room, and a gym—all beautifully decorated. The laundry facilities are equipped with Miele machines. Depending on your room type, you can also find extra amenities like a balcony or a coffee machine. However, what truly makes this place livable is the work ethic of the staff and their speed in resolving issues. In particular, the Manager Rumen was exceptionally helpful with his friendly demeanor, quick actions, and polite/kind attitude, which greatly assisted me in adjusting to the city, the dorm and the system. Thanks for everything, Rumen! I would also like to thank Alex for his quick action whenever something broke in the room or when there is a needed help. The months I’ve spent here and the people I’ve met will definitely have a special place in my memories. I wish the rent hadn't increased so significantly; I would have loved to stay here until the end of my studies.

This is really a cozy apartment. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the manager Rumen. Any problem can be solved quickly and efficiently, he genuinely cares the residents . Really appreciate his help.

I have had one of the best times staying at Home and Co Munich. The employees working and Rumen specially have been the best and the most helpful. I just loved how they’ve been there for the students every-time they need it. That was my highlight of the stay.

Rumen is always so kind and helpful. He always made my stay in Home & Co easy and without any problems. He is the best!
