Cozy single bedroom in the Obersendling district, munich

Worst place to stay, they hold your deposit for 6 months and only give you back 30% of the deposit, because of utility costs that is not included in monthly “full” rent. There are several days on winter where there’s no hot water to shower. The management of this place is very bad. Avoid at all costs

i lived in Campus Viva (Baierbrunner Str. 44) for almost 2 years: --- 1. They are only nice to you for money. *Everything is money in this campus* ●Opening your door if you accidently let your key inside costs you 60€ after 6pm. ●If you lost your letterbox key it's 16€. ●If you are not at a private person forget about your Kaution (or part of it). ●And also it can happen to charge you extra for waste of water...300-600€ 2. Social life in the campus is poor. ●the common room closes after 11pm. A guy comes everytime and kicks everyone out. So if you were just starting to have fun and started better conversations then just small talk...it ends (exept you continue the party in someones room). ●the majority of people living there are not puting in any efforts to make a comunity there. Also happened to me more times to not get a reply to my "hello" on the hallway... ●there are also a number of people leaving there who are elder or not students (don't ask me how they got there). 3. It's 100€ Kaution to use the common kitchen and a lot of efforts to reach the Hausmeister to give you the keys, to make a reservation and in most of the cases AFTER you cleaned everything he finds some problems somehow... ++ 1. good location: 1 min away from Edeka, Rossman, Aldi; 8 min away from Ubahn (Obersendling) and 1 min away from Sbahn (Siemenswerke). 2. compact room with kitchen and new furniture, simplist but good. //PICTURES ARE THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM//

Room tour in my Youtube channel: Patri Barbero 💖

The rooms are quite good but generally for temporary stay is good but for long term I wouldn’t recommend The best thing of this Campus is the house master who is Isso very nice guy helpful and when ever you need help or anything else just text him or call hime he will come to you very soon

Nice place and modern rooms. But the tv noises that are coming from room 103 are so loud that most of the people in the rooms nearby can't sleep. I speak from experience. Not only during the daytime but during the night too. 24/7. Nobody from the company wants to do anything about it..
