Nice double bedroom with a balcony, in Am Westkreuz, munich

My son recently moved to Munich to begin his university studies, and Home & Co Munich has become his new home. As parents, helping our son settle into a new country and start an independent life was a very important and emotional experience for us. We would especially like to thank Rumen, who was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the preparations before moving in to the day we received the keys and even afterwards, he was always willing to help and made everything much easier for us. His professionalism, understanding, and genuine kindness gave us great peace of mind as parents, knowing that our son was in good hands. Thank you, Rumen, for making this important new chapter in our son’s life a little easier and much more reassuring for our family. We truly appreciate all your support!

It is a nice and modern apartment in a quiet location. Supermarkets nearby with S7/RB connection which you can travel smoothly to the central station. I will absolutely give 5 🌟 for this apartment, also for the manager: Mr.Rumen. He and his team is ready to answer all the questions and solve the problems in the room. I miss the time I spent here! Thank you!

This is a warm and cozy apartment. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They showed me around every corner of the apartment as soon as I checked in and replied to my emails promptly. Any problems in the room can be checked and fixed immediately. The public areas are well maintained, which made me want to stay here for a long time on the first day of my stay. It's no wonder it's the highest-rated student apartment in Munich. It's only a one-minute walk to the bus stop, five minutes to the tram stop and 900 meters to the subway station. For me, the entire area is very safe. There's a supermarket right outside the door, and the gym and other infrastructure are all complete. The study room is quiet and comfortable, and there's also a storage room included. So I recommend this place.

I have had one of the best times staying at Home and Co Munich. The employees working and Rumen specially have been the best and the most helpful. I just loved how they’ve been there for the students every-time they need it. That was my highlight of the stay.

Rumen is always so kind and helpful. He always made my stay in Home & Co easy and without any problems. He is the best!
