Charming double bedroom with a balcony, in Am Westkreuz, munich

This is affordable 3-star accommodation done at its best. The location to the S-bahn is perfect (unless you're needing a wheelchair/buggy access - the elevator to the platforms is a short walk). The rooms are clean and crisp, the water pressure perfect, communication and hospitality efficient and smooth. It's not trendy or stylish in any way, but that's not the worst aspect of a hotel room by far. Amenities include: *kitchenettes *lost of closet space *hairdryer *lifts *easy access to the stairwells *broad wheelchair-friendly hallways

Huge rooms ( with kitchen, cutlery, balcony, loys of storage space) Lovely staff who spoke wonderful English. Comfortable bed.

If someone is up to visit München or to explore the beauty of Bayern, then this is the right hotel. The hotel is in a very strategic position, with so many markets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has a deep garage. It's also directly opposite to the train station, which was a plus point, so we left our car in the deep garage and we took the train to our destinations. Which was a big relief. We didn't have to bother about the crowded streets, heavy traffic or looking for parking places, which can cost a lot. The room was fantastic. It was big two windows in two directions, three comfortable beds, two armchairs, a couch table, a dining table, a kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and so many other things. The bathroom was clean with so many clean towels, shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. The personal was also really friendly. So to sum up, I am top satisfied 😌 👍👍

I really loved this place!!!! The room is very spacious and has a lovely balcony. Omg the shower was so good!!!! Couldn't be any more convenient for the railway (if you go to the stairs at the end of the platform it takes you straight into the complex that the hotel is in) and there are plenty of shops/eateries both inside/outside in the vicinity and a huge supermarket across the road. Didn't deal with the staff a lot because we arrived/departed outwit opening hours. I also really loved that you can get your room cleaned without asking just by turning the do not disturb sign round to the other side. The only small downside was that (this is weather dependent i.e there's a thunder storm and it's still roasting/it's windy) the mesh curtain doesn't cope well with the draft created and can come off. The building also has washing machines in the basement which is a great bonus, for use you will have to ask for tokens from the reception.

Room was large and clean. Great location for local market, bank, restaurants, and right next to the S-bahn. Only con was the strong odors. Major curry smell lined the hallways and elevator and made it's way into the apartment at times. Bathroom was new with nice clean style but there was a strong sewer gas issue. Front desk did say it happened from time to time but my stay ended prior to my complaint. Apparently it could have been fixed easily.
