ILive? More like "I Live with homeless people", one of the doors has been broken for over a year and homeless people get in, still no fix, don't waste your time or money here, it's better to look at places where you will not have a homeless person sleeping behind your elevator and causing a health hazard, of course I will be filing a complaint because general management refuse to allow a mutual termination of my contract without paying a penalty, hilarious... anyway, to anyone reading this, run far, run fast... 858 euros a month sounds nice... until you realize your floor stinks, there are stains on the carpet of shared spaces, and the elevators have weird smelly stains (urine most likely) edit after their PR response: Please spare us with the excuses... it's been a year, and what is the point of giving me the email adress for you "customer service" team? I asked to get my contract terminated without the penalty, and at the end you just told me that i had 2 choices, keep living here, or terminate my contract with the penalty (a month worth of cold rent), if you were as fast at fixing the door as you are at charging penalties, there wouldn't be homeless people in my floor and I would actually want to stay here. I'm sorry that after the notice period, homeless people started SLEEPING behind my elevator, if it was up to me, there wouldn't be any homeless people there, but as i've stressed, it's not my fault. So to anyone looking at this, RUN, there is another student residency called YUGO, they actually care about the people that live there... don't come here, it's just excuse after excuse, and a stubborn "customer service" that basically tells you your options are to keep paying them for an UNSAFE service.

I’ve been living in I live Hamburg for 7 months. At the beginning I thought this would be just temporary and have tried to find a private flat around Hamburg. Now that I have visited at least 3 private flats and some students dorms I can really recommend to live in I Live Hamburg, as it offers added value to us. It includes furniture, internet, common areas such as the gym, a living room and in case of willing to have a private party there is a private room we can book separately. Also the manager is helpful when it comes to support the community by helping us as a local person and giving us his professional advice. I am happy that I have stayed at this place.

I have lived in ilive for almost one year and it has been a great experience for me. The building is brand new and makes very smart use of the space. The atmosphere in the community is also great. On top of that, the community manager, Sebastian, is always there to support and help and he always tries to solve problems as quickly as possible

I have lived in iLive for 3 years, and it has been a great home for me. I met really good friends and enjoyed the sense of community. The rooms are cozy and well-furnished, and I will truly miss the comfort iLive has given me. I want to give a shout-out to our lovely community managers — Murat(Muki), Andres, and Klaus — who are always there when you have a problem and make you feel at home. I would especially like to thank Murat for being always helpful, attentive and organizing great parties. iLive has a fantastic concept, and I really wish there were more iLive locations in Hamburg.

I’ve been living here for two years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent from the very beginning. This residence is a great option for young professionals who want a straightforward and comfortable place to live. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops and the bus station. Murat, the community manager, truly stands out—he is dedicated, supportive, and always willing to help. The building itself is also very well-insulated, which adds to the overall comfort.
