Apartment in Knoopstraße, 21073 Hamburg, Germany, hamburg

I stayed here as a student guest for three months and truly enjoyed my time. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the booking process was very simple. The room was clean and had a calming atmosphere, which made it easy to feel at home. The rooftop was also a wonderful place to relax. The only downside was the carpet, which could have been cleaner. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and repeat the experience.

Unfortunately the checking in device wasn’t working and I had an appointment to attend making it quite stressful. Fortunately an employee turned ( he’s a hero) and managed to get me into my room but I didn’t have time to collect my keycard as I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. Luckily when I returned it had all been sorted and the process was really easy. The room was small but I was on my own but it was perfect and it was absolutely spotless. Definitely stay there again despite my initial experience.

I had wonderful stay room was really clean and self check in worked out.

Everything about HUB apartments beats any stay I’ve had so far in Hamburg. Not only are the rooms nice and affordable, the staff are super friendly and kind and make sure to help you out in any way they can. The location is peaceful and has almost everything you need right around the corner. Stayed here for a few days and honestly was a 10/10 experience.

Update: this issue has now been resolved. I'm leaving my original response below. I have now been waiting for 16 days for a refund for a double payment for a recent stay. Reception are ignoring my emails and this is blocking up a lot of money on my credit card. I find the lack of any response incredibly frustrating. Even if the refund would need some time, some communication would help the process feel better.
