I stayed at Stayurban Residences for around six months, and overall I had a very positive experience. The apartments are modern, well-designed, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. It felt like a comfortable place to call home rather than just temporary accommodation. What stood out the most was the team. They were always friendly, approachable, and quick to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Their professionalism made the experience much smoother. Like any building, there were occasional maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly and communication was clear throughout. I really appreciated that concerns were taken seriously. I would happily recommend Stayurban Residences to anyone looking for medium- or long-term accommodation in Berlin. Thank you to the entire team for making my last months in Germany such a pleasant experience.

Well-designed apartments and a pleasant living environment, both within the building and in the surrounding area. Public transport is just 50 metres away (bus) or 400 metres away (underground). The gym is well-equipped and perfect for a morning workout. If you're looking for a 'I just want to settle in Berlin' package, this is exactly what you need. Regular building events and especially the building manager add the finishing touches.

Before renting the apartment, we were informed that the deposit would be returned within 3 months after moving out. When the time came, we were then told that the agreed timeframe was actually 3–4 months. After repeated follow-ups with the accounts team, we were informed that, according to German law, they could hold the deposit for up to 6 months. Now, it has been more than 7 months since we moved out in November 2025, and the deposit has still not been returned. Throughout this entire period, I have sent numerous emails and follow-up requests. The responses have consistently been the same: references to internal restructuring, payment system changes, escalations to other departments, and requests for more patience. However, no one has provided a concrete payment date or a clear explanation as to why the deposit remains unpaid. What is most disappointing is the lack of transparency and accountability. As tenants, we fulfilled our obligations and left the property as required, yet we are still waiting for money that rightfully belongs to us. After months of waiting and countless follow-ups, we have been left with no option but to seek legal assistance regarding the recovery of our deposit. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have had in Berlin. If you are considering renting with this company, I would strongly recommend that you carefully consider the risks and ensure that you fully understand their deposit return process before signing any agreement. Update: More than 7 months after moving out, the deposit is still outstanding, and we continue to receive delays and excuses instead of a clear resolution. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at Stayurban Residence, a comfortable, nice place downtown and I must say it was one of the best time of my life. The premises are clean, modern, and functional and invite to relax. My room was comfortable, well-appointed and spotless. My special thanks and recognition goes to Carlos, the Residence Manager, who was incredibly helpful from the first second. With his professionality he keeps care about tenants, employees, and building in a nearly perfect way. I only can heartly recommend Stayurban Residence to anybody looking for a comfortable and stressless stay.

I had a great experience staying at Stay Urban. The location is excellent, with supermarkets and public transport conveniently nearby. The property itself is well-maintained and comfortable to live in. The residence manager Carlos Sanz is very friendly and attentive, always taking great care of the building and any issues the tenants may have. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Berlin.
