Kantstraße WG010.09, berlin

I spent 3 months in a shared flat with a colleague, and we had a great experience with Insider Apartments. The agency was always very responsive and quick to deal with any questions or issues we had. For example, I reported a broken bathroom lamp at 4 a.m., and it was replaced by 9 a.m.! The move-in and move-out processes were also smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Insider Apartments. They made our first experience living in Berlin much easier and more enjoyable.

I stayed at Insider Apartments for over two years during my bachelor, and overall it was a very positive experience. Whenever I had an issue, the facility team and the community were helpful and responsive, which made things much easier. The service was perfect, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. My last apartment in particular was really nice. See down below. Can‘t understand the bad reviews. All in all, a reliable place to stay with a supportive environment.

Great service, one of the best landlord. Good apartments and the best part is they have their properties in one of the most luxurious area of Berlin. They have affordable rates and my personal experience with the team is good. They are humble in nature and down to earth. It’s very easy to raise any service related issue and their team solves them asap.

Rooms are comfortable, staff is genuinely helpful and the ticket system for any issues works really efficiently. Solid choice for students in Berlin. Happy resident! 😊
