I booked this place for 3 hours more than 2 days before my stay and ask a question about the possibility of a late check-out. I never received any answer to my message. So I cancel 2 days before… and they kept 385 euros for my 2 Night reservation. Just scammers with soulless Basic appartment.

Decent reliable business trip apartments! Ps: The curtains wouldn't move, so I could not open the balcony door properly Please install a smoking bin outside 😉

The hotel has potential: our room was spacious, modern, and well equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove). The bed was comfortable, and the location near Bahnhof Zoo is excellent for getting around. Unfortunately, fundamental flaws overshadowed these positives. The advertised air conditioning did not work during 30°C weather, making the room uncomfortably hot. Both the hotel’s own elevator and the alternative in the neighboring building were out of service — a serious inconvenience when staying on the fifth floor. We also saw parents with baby strollers struggling to carry them up multiple flights of stairs. Even more concerning was the lack of support. The front desk is staffed only Monday–Friday for limited hours, and the supposedly 24h chat service has not responded in over 24 hours. Issues can happen, but the absence of timely assistance is unacceptable. Guests deserve a hotel that solves problems, not one that leaves them stranded. In its current state, this hotel is not a place we can recommend. [Update] The hotel manager offered a partial reimbursement. The issues, however, remain.

No receptionist - electronic check-in. Did not work when I arrived. Called hotline, which is automated and should transfer to real agent - but none available at 11.30pmish. No automated check-in via hotline either. Another guest could also not check in. I had to move to other hotel nearby for this night, difficult + expensive enough in conference times. Next morning reception was staffed and I could check-in. Room quite spartanic, bedding synthetics. In bathroom with closed door bad smell (from toilet seemingly) developed. Some hairs by another person left in shower and bathroom. Automated communication system is a mess, KI-driven, no live agent available. Called during daytime three times hotline, always "transfer to live agent" announced, then call terminates. Once asked to leave message for call-back, but no recording possible. What a shame.

I paid for housekeeping and it was all good till they had to talk to me as if they’re my dad and lost my photosbooth pictures and a vivien westhood necklace when they packed all my stuff
