I love it here. It's a nice, quiet place, close to FU, with friendly neighbors and excellent public facilities. The price might be a bit high, but after factoring in the cost of utilities, heating, and electricity during my year here, I think it's quite reasonable. If you're planning a short stay in Berlin, perhaps for a year or two, this is definitely worth considering.

Absolutely Avoid This Place! My experience with this rental service has been horrible. The apartments are way too small for the price they charge, and to make matters worse, they increase the rent every year without any justification. Their professionalism is nonexistent—they are slow to respond and lack any sense of communication. Getting your security deposit back is a nightmare; they delay refunds and deduct unreasonable extra costs without proper explanation. On top of that, they nickel and dime you with hidden fees and unexpected charges. If you value your money, time, and sanity, stay away from this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay here. The environment was safe and quiet, making it easy to relax and study. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a calm place close to the university.

Not very transparent. They say price all inclusive in the advertisement but then, somewhere in the contract they say you have to register and pay for TV costs independently. As an international student one needs to communicate this more openly to avoid misunderstandings. In addition, be aware that I had to wait more than 6 months for the deposit to be returned. And I had to actively ask for it via email. These were the negatives. The positives is that the rooms are very pretty and functional, and it is right next to S1 bahn station, which is perfect to reach the centre in 20 mins. The area is also very nice to walk in and groceries are next door. Be aware that this is a residential area though, not much night life happening.

I stayed in this property for 12 months, and on the whole, it was a positive experience. The house was furnished to meet my needs, with new furniture. The location of the house was particularly appealing, situated not in the city center but in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin. It was conveniently located, approximately a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn, making transportation quite convenient. I encountered no issues with the accommodation itself, and overall, I was content. However, there were certain communication challenges with the management that need addressing. Responses to emails were often delayed, making it difficult to reach someone promptly when issues arose. This aspect requires improvement. Another concern | encountered was related to the return of the deposit after moving out. Despite being assured on the last day of the property check that there were no issues, it took over 3 months to receive the full deposit. During this period, I had to continuously explain the situation through multiple emails. Some emails were answered very late, and some were not addressed at all. Despite the communication and deposit return issues, my living experience was enjoyable, and I was generally satisfied. Addressing communication challenges with the management would significantly enhance the overall experience for future residents.
