Apartment in Altmarkstraße, Berlin for 32 m², berlin

The rolling ark was a guest at Domicil Bergstraße again today, and the residents were very enthusiastic.

I absolutely cannot understand these negative reviews. I've only been working at the facility for a short time. The nursing staff on the residential floors is generously staffed, and the residents seem cheerful and well-cared for. I myself have many years of professional experience and am familiar with very different care facilities. The management is direct and very respectful in their interactions with the staff. There's a very friendly atmosphere and a wonderful sense of community in the building. Many other facilities could take a page out of Domicil Bergstraße's book.

My father lives there and seems quite happy. I have my reservations about this care home; there are constant increases (€5,392.78) in the care and accommodation costs, which are very difficult to understand as a layperson. The entrance area is well-equipped with ashtrays and residents smoking, so visitors and non-smoking residents are constantly confronted with clouds of smoke. Why they don't designate a smoking area in the garden is beyond me. It seems that consideration is given to the smoking residents, while the others don't need any consideration. There are other things to criticize as well, but there are also very empathetic and incredibly kind caregivers who lovingly look after the residents.

We cannot understand the negative reviews. The nursing staff does a dedicated job, providing the best possible care for the residents. While more staff for each resident would undoubtedly be better, the feasibility and affordability are another matter. Even difficult cases are treated with love, compassion, persistence, and kindness. The management is committed and strives to manage the extreme challenge of balancing staff satisfaction with the high demands placed upon them, while also keeping the financial framework and associated costs for the caregivers in check. Our loved one is in very good hands here. Thank you, dear Bergstraße team!

A motivated team; the staff are very friendly and dedicated. I can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
