Rochester Student Housing, rochester-ny

My daughter lived in the same house her junior and senior years at Rochester. The house was very well maintained and any issues were immediately handled. A year after she graduated, Scott went above and beyond when he retrieved 2 packages mistakenly sent to her old address and shipped them back to us. Having dealt with housing for my other kids in college, Rochester Student Housing stands head and shoulders above the rest!

Scott has been a great landlord; him and his staff are highly professional, responsive and reliable. Would definitely recommend UofR students to live off-campus through one of his properties.

Since my sophomore years, I have been renting one of Rochester Student Housing property. It's been one of the best moment during my college years, having a place I can call home and does feel like home to me. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and quick to answer calls when something needs fix. I had friends who were leasing some of the properties in the neighborhood, and they had the same feelings: everything is convenient. Walkable distance, we can use our bikes, catch school bus to and from school. I would recommend anyone to get a housing with this company. It's very supportive and understand students.
