Studio with Terrace, bologna

I stayed there for three months this year, as a visiting professor at Unibio, and I can’t complain about a thing. There were a few minor issues, but nothing serious. The staff is friendly, the room is simple but practical, and it met my expectations. Thebuilding is safe, and it has heating and air conditioning, which is essential in Bologna. And they refunded my deposit without any problems. So, I recommend it.

I’ve been living here for 9 months and I’ve really enjoyed my stay. The residence offers a great environment for students: clean rooms, good facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they genuinely care about the residents. Special thanks to Giorgia, who is always welcoming and willing to help with any questions or issues. Living abroad can sometimes be challenging, but staying here has made the experience much smoother. I’m very grateful for all the support and would happily recommend this residence to future students.

I want to leave this review because I think it’s important to balance out some of the negativity I saw before moving in. Before coming to Laude, I read many bad reviews, and honestly, they made me quite skeptical. Now, after four months of living here, I can confidently say that my experience has been very positive. The staff is truly amazing, the reception team is always helpful, kind, and professional, and the security guards are excellent: friendly, respectful, and always making the residence feel safe. Any time I’ve needed help, the team has been responsive and supportive. What really matters to me is that I’m not alone in this experience. Most of my friends living here feel the same way, we’re genuinely enjoying our stay and feel comfortable and supported in this environment. No place is perfect, but based on my real, day-to-day experience, Laude Living has been a great place to live, and I’m very happy I chose it despite my initial doubts. I would definitely recommend it to students who are considering staying here.

I found this place and I made an agreement for my son for accomodation for one year. it is an fantastic place for students. Hope that my son will have a great time and have the right condition for performance. After few weeks, I took out 2 stars. Something is wrong with the garbadge, silence after 22, smoke alarm too sensitive so you can go out in the middle of the night. Let’s see what about the guarantee. An now in june 2025 i take another 2 stars. The reason is tha YOU CAN NOT MAKE ANY PAPERS WITH THIS KIND OF ACOMMODATION!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Looking for an authentic Italian adventure? Well, you're in for a treat at Beyoo! Here's why it's such a *special* experience: 1. Enjoy our uniquely trained staff, especially Roberto – the magical card fixer who transforms from "absolutely impossible to help" to "actually, I can fix that" the moment you're completely locked out at midnight. Such character development! 2. Free alarm clock service included! Experience the thrill of random 3AM wake-up calls from our state-of-the-art alarm system. Cooking dinner? Perfect time for an ear-splitting surprise! And don't even get me started on our innovative "cold shower challenge" – it builds character, they say. The best part? Send an email about these issues and watch your access card mysteriously stop working. It's like a fun game of cause and effect! 3. Want to practice your Italian budgeting skills? You're in luck! Beyond Bologna's already reasonable (cough) rental prices, we offer exciting surprise charges! Did you forget to clean the oven that was already dirty when you moved in? That'll be €50! Damaged a fridge drawer in your sleep? €114.85! Think your money disappeared from your room? Consider it a donation to our hardworking cleaning staff! But hey, at least you'll have great stories to tell your therapist! P.S. Bologna has countless other apartments available. I'm sure you'll make the right choice... unless you enjoy living life on hard mode.
