Nice twin bedroom, near the Reno riverbank, bologna

Living at Uncommon Reno has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The modern amenities are always well-maintained, the study spaces are perfect for staying focused, and the location couldn't be more convenient for getting to campus. What really sets it apart, though, is the management team—the staff at the front desk are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to anything you need. It genuinely feels like a community here, and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for an amazing place to live in Reno!

I’ve had such a great experience living at Uncommon Reno! The front office team is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming whenever you stop by. On top of that, they do an awesome job hosting resident events that are actually fun and well-organized. It really makes the community feel like home. Highly recommend living here

Fantastic place to live! Great amenities, prime location, and a helpful management team that genuinely takes care of the property and its residents. 10/10 recommend

As a parent, it’s reassuring knowing my student is living at Uncommon Reno. The property is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff has always been professional and helpful. It’s comforting knowing there’s a supportive environment for students, especially for those living away from home for the first time. Very positive experience with Uncommon Reno and would recommend it to other families looking for student housing.

I love Uncommon Reno! The staff is so nice especially Uyen. She helped me with any questions I had and really sealed the deal for my stay. The complex is so comfortable and super close to anything I need.
