Comfortable ensuite single bedroom with balcony in central Bologna, bologna

Great Stay in Bologna: Spacious, Safe, and Well Located! The apartment offers plenty of space for three people and includes basic amenities, as well as a washing machine, which is very helpful for longer stays. The gallery leading to the apartment entrance is quiet and pleasant. Access, check-in, and check-out were all easy and smooth, with the help of Giovanni and his team, who respond promptly. ((: Grazie! The apartment is well located and very secure, with sturdy doors and safety locks.

We found the Ugo Bassi Apartments to be in a great location , there is noise from the buses although the street was closed at the weekend.Good communication on arrival.Very clean and well equipped. Our only negative was about the beds as they are a little hard.

Upon entering the "Duomo" apartment, I encountered a sewer smell, like a backed up toilet. An annoying loud purring sound filled the kitchen. One air- conditioner unit in the kitchen services two large rooms, and the air doesn't reach the bedroom. I was freezing at night and ended up wearing a hoodie to bed. The management was quite casual about my complaints and suggested giving me ear plugs. Since it was Saturday, they told me they couldn't come by until Monday to do a "technical review". I am working on getting my reservation cancelled so I can move to a more comfortable property. I suggest not booking here.

Very bad travel experience and hospitality!! Cheaply renovated Dust and dirty floor Awful bed Terrible and dirty sofa bed Very noisy Friday and Saturday night, as there’s a night club at the basement Dangerous air, as air conditioners are full of dust!!! Propably they have never maintained!!! Do not stay there!!!!

We stayed at the Duomo apartment in September 2025. Really lovely, spacious and modern apartment with stunning views over one of the main streets in Bologna. Well-designed and well-equipped with a lounge area, kitchenette, washing machine, iron, hoover etc. Lots of storage space. Blackout curtains worked extremely well. Loved the automatic windows. So ideally located, close to the heart of the centre and right next to a coop. We had great time! I would give 5 stars but there were a few minor things that brought it down. Would love to have received some local recommendations from the host to help us enjoy our stay. There was a train strike on one of the days we were there, it would have been helpful if the host told us so we could adjust our travel plans. Bathroom amenities (toilet paper, soap, shower gel) were only provided for the first night of our stay, we had to buy for the rest due to Italian laws apparently, but other apartments we stayed in were able to provide this for us which was strange. The bathroom could also have more storage space to store toiletries/makeup, it was a little inconvenient!
