Nice apartments around 15-20 minutes from the center. All you need is provided. A main road just outside, which means traffic noise if the window is open. A problem we reported to the owner was a smell coming from the shower or bidèt (both perfectly clean) probably they will fix it. Otherwise nothing to complain.

It would have been good to be informed that the bathroom is missing toiletries. I find it downright offensive to have a small bar of soap and 4 pcs of shower gels in the bathroom, and that for a week. I have been traveling for a long time and this is the first time I have had to buy toiletries for the bathroom.

Residents of apartments on Via Saffi, from number 18 and above, have been subjected to heavy hammering every day since June! REASONS: Rising living costs have led to an exodus of families, shops, bars, offices, etc., who have chosen other destinations in other areas with smaller apartments, lower rents, etc. RESULT: Tenants found themselves in the midst of total din for the apartments involved in the renovation work. But the law, if I'm not mistaken, authorizes the demolition of walls and the reconstruction of new ones. While this is happening, the work includes: ● demolition of a series of offices and apartments to create studio apartments, within the building inhabited by many tenants. In the Piazzale dello Stabile, where a restaurant once stood, internal demolition and reconstruction of spaces for a tattoo parlor. Similar work is being done in apartments on other floors. The Municipality failed to verify whether the rules were being respected! Has the increase in car traffic been assessed? Will there be parking available? I wonder if the Municipality of Bologna has granted so many permits without a proper assessment and study of the area!

Comfortable apartment for three people. Renovated. Very helpful owners. Not very close to the center. In general it was clean although it would be good to pay attention to some small details such as the dust in the closet and the balcony which was not clean. The building seemed safe, the neighborhood good, it is just noisy all day if you have the balcony doors open. In general it was a good stay. The extra charge of 30 euros because we did not put the dishwasher in seemed very excessive to me especially when the washing machine tablets were not in the position where they were visible. In relation to the answer given by the company below, I should add that I travel a lot, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments and I have never had a problem. The owners could have sent an email before we went, highlighting the extra charge, instead of doing such a complicated check-in remotely. When we tried to throw the trash in the bins, a neighbor approached us and told us that we needed a tenant card for that. The trash was in two sealed supermarket bags, which I don't think was an exaggeration. Finally, I'll just mention that most people around the world get less than 30 euros for eight hours of work, which is why I said that the extra cleaning fee (to throw away 2 small trash bags and wash some dishes in the dishwasher) seemed excessive to me. It is the right of every business to work as it sees fit, but it is also our right to judge, much more so when even the extra fee was paid by us.
